As the British statesman and philosopher Edmund Burke once said, “Those who don’t know history are destined to repeat it.”

For years, our city has served as custodian of significant heritage properties, preserving important parts of Toronto’s story from the earliest days of our city and making that history available to all today.

To save a few bucks, City Council may discard this important mission and walk away from our history by abandoning four heritage museums operated by the City.

Within weeks, City Council will be voting to close these four important museums. Unless we stop them.

Please sign the petition today calling on your Councillor to keep the doors to our heritage open.
